The Variegated Monstera is the show-stopper of the moment!  Its striking variegation will make you swoon. Why not add one to our plant collection?

Meet the Variegated Monstera (Monstera Thai Constellation), a rare and exotic beauty that’s sure to make a lasting impression in your home.  Known for its dramatic split leaves and eye-catching variegation, this Monstera variety features a gorgeous mix of green and white that gives each leaf its own unique pattern.  As it matures, its signature fenestrations (those famous Swiss cheese-like holes) develop, creating an even more distinctive look.

Native to the tropical rainforests of Central and South America, the Variegated Monstera thrives in warm, bright, indirect light, making it an ideal plant for brightening up your space.  With its climbing nature, this beauty is perfect for large pots or displayed with a support pole to encourage vertical growth.  It’s a slow grower but well worth the wait for each new stunning leaf.

Monstera is a plant that everyone loves; read all about why in our article dedicated to the Monstera Thai Constellation.

Sizes: Our Monstera measures 50-60cm in total height and is grown in a 17cm growing pot.

This Big Monstera arrives in a grey concrete ceramic that is perfect for styling a space.

Need to know: The plant and pot will come in separate boxes to make sure they arrive with you in perfect condition.  Once it arrives, simply drop the plant in its growing pot into the ceramic, and it is ready for its forever home!  The ceramic is sized to allow the growth of the plant.  We recommend keeping the plant in its' plastic growing pot to allow for drainage and suggest you don't repot it directly into the ceramic.

Other names: Monstera Thai Constellation, Monstera Albo Borigiana

Care

Water this gorgeous Monstera once a week. We recommend watering from the base for these larger indoor house plants, allow to soak for 10 minutes in a sink with cool water, If the soil looks damp, let it dry out a little before adding more water. Feed with a generic houseplant feed every couple of months; however, this shouldn’t be needed for the first 3-6 months. The Variegated Monstera likes good, bright light and will cope less well in a dark, gloomy room!

The leaves are a beautiful glossy dark green heart shape – keep them shiny with a quick wipe of a damp cloth once a month.

Monstera Swiss Cheese Care Guide

More commonly known as the Swiss Cheese plant, the Monstera is a must-have houseplant with huge, glossy, heart-shaped leaves. They grow super fast, making the plant a beautiful green addition to any indoor space.

  • Bought as a present for my wife who is an avid collector of exotic plants. She was absolutely amazed at the quality and condition of the plant and the packaging it arrived in. The plant was very healthy with no brown edges nor leaf tears. One very happy wife.
