We use DPD for all our UK mainland deliveries (excluding for Northern Ireland due to customs), so please add your mobile number so you are notified of your delivery slot. Once the delivery has left us you will be notified by e-mail and text.

* NB: during offer and sale periods the order value needs to be over £65 including any discount applied to qualify for free delivery.

At The Little Botanical, we take extra care to ensure that your beautiful new plants arrive in perfect condition, ready to brighten up your home, so here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

 Dispatch Days

We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday to avoid your plants spending too long in delivery depots over the weekend. For those who select express delivery, we also dispatch on Fridays until 1pm (accept for our Large & XL Plants which will be delivered on Monday – Thursday only)

If you place a priority order over the weekend, don’t worry — we’ll process and dispatch it on Monday, so it reaches its new home on Tuesday, fresh and fabulous!

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Our standard lead time is 2-3 working days.
• Express Delivery: For a speedier service, our express delivery takes just 1 working day (cut-off for this service is 1pm).
• Orders over £65: Orders qualifying for free delivery will be sent with our standard delivery option unless express delivery is selected at checkout.

Important Information

We do not offer timed, specific day, or weekend/bank holiday delivery slots. Unfortunately, we can’t hold orders for future dates, as we wouldn’t want your gorgeous greenery to miss its special occasion!

For our larger houseplants (Large or XL), delivery times may vary slightly as we don’t keep large stock quantities of these beauties and to avoid your gorgeous greenery to be set in the courier depot all weekend, we only ship Large & XL plants from Monday to Thursdays.

Delivery Charges

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if there are three or more attempted deliveries, there will be a re-delivery charge of £4.95.

We aim to make your plant delivery smooth and stress-free, so your new leafy friend arrives looking its very best!

At our checkout page there is space for you to add a gift message, please pop your message in there and we will hand write it for your recipient.

E-Gift vouchers can be used for any of our TLB products from cute succulents to big house plants and accessories. There is something for everyone. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and we are unable to extend this once they have expired.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so by calling our office on 01243 756240, if we are unable to get to the phone, do leave a voice message. Cancellations for standard delivery orders must be requested on the same day as your order is made to ensure this request is met. If you wish to cancel an express delivery order, please contact us within the hour your order was made, otherwise we cannot guarantee your cancellation request.

In the rare incident you receive your gorgeous greenery and decide you would like to return it, you may! Please send the plants, including the pot back to us within 30 days, via courier or special delivery, unfortunately this cost must be covered by yourself as the customer. Once we have received your returned product(s) in a resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the plant/ pot to you minus a shipping cost of £4.95. Returns address below:

Every plant we send is grown with love and care, and will be of the very best quality, but unfortunately accidents do happen. Unfortunately If your plant or pot is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our very best to resolve things for you. As all of our plants are live and living, we do not offer any guarantee on these however we are always happy to give care tips and advise.

Our plants are sent to you with easy-to-follow care instructions and we are here to offer you any advice or help to make sure your plants provide your home with lots of green goodness for weeks to come.

Due to increased pressure on our delivery network we have taken the decision to introduce a minimum £20 spend per order. This will ensure we are able to maximise capacity through our distribution network and reduce unnecessary packaging. That way, you can be safe in the knowledge that your plants will be delivered as quickly, and sustainably, as possible.
