Delivery and Returns
P & P Costs
£4.95 standard delivery charge / free delivery on orders over £65.00.
£7.95 express shipping charge.
Additional delivery charges may apply, this is post code dependant.
We use DPD for all our UK mainland deliveries, so please add your mobile number so you are notified of your delivery slot. Once the delivery has left us you will be notified by e-mail and text.
We dispatch our orders from Monday- Thursday (Friday for express delivery orders only) to avoid our beautiful plants sitting in depots for prolonged periods of time.
At the moment our lead time is 3-5 working days on all standard delivery options, and 1-2 working days when express shipping is selected. Any order which qualifies for free delivery will be shipped inline with our standard delivery option, unless you chose and pay for express delivery.
We do not offer timed, specific day or weekend/ bank holiday delivery slots. We are unable to hold any orders back as we would hate for your greenery to miss the special day.
If you are ordering a Large or XL houseplant, delivery times may vary as we don’t hold a large number of these plants in stock.
Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address occur a re-delivery charge of £4.95.
At our checkout page there is space for you to add a gift message, please pop your message in there and we will hand write it for your recipient.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so by calling our office on 01243 756240, if we are unable to get to the phone, do leave a voice message. Cancellations for standard delivery orders must be requested on the same day as your order is made to ensure this request is met. If you wish to cancel an express delivery order, please contact us within the hour your order was made, otherwise we cannot guarantee your cancellation request.
In the rare incident you receive your gorgeous greenery and it no longer fits the space you would like to return it, you may! Please send the plants, including the pot back to us, via courier or special delivery, unfortunately this cost must be covered by yourself as the customer. Once we have received your returned product(s) in a resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the plant/ pot to you minus a shipping cost of £4.95.
Every plant we send is grown with love and care, and will be of the very best quality, but unfortunately accidents do happen. If your plant or pot is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our very best to resolve things for you.
Our plants are sent to you with easy-to-follow care instructions and we are here to offer you any advice or help to make sure your plants provide your home with lots of green goodness for weeks to come.

Due to increased pressure on our delivery network we have taken the decision to introduce a minimum £20 spend per order. This will ensure we are able to maximise capacity through our distribution network and reduce unnecessary packaging. That way, you can be safe in the knowledge that your plants will be delivered as quickly, and sustainably, as possible.
