Our very happy customers have told us that our pots are beautiful, unique, and high-quality! So we wanted to make them even better… what better way than allowing you to add your special touch by creating a tailor-made gift with a personalised pot.

How do I personalise a pot?
It’s super easy – first find a pot that can be personalised, look for the ‘personalise me’ label or go to our personalisation page. Tick the personalise me box. Once ticked, a text box will appear – this is where you can get creative! Enter whatever you want to say (within 16 characters) and simply add to basket.
Try some of these great messages:
– Happy Birthday!
– Love Grows Here
– Potty about you
– Happy 21st or Happy 30th
– I pick you
– #yoursforever
Or, simply add your name or a special date to remember i.e. 20.02.2002
Which pots can I personalise?
You can personalise any of our mini and medium metallic dipped pots.
The sizes of these pots are:
– Mini Metallic Dipped Pot – internal diameter is 6.5cm / pot height 7.5cm
– Medium Metallic Dipped Pot – internal diameter is 9.5cm / pot height 10.5cm
How many words/characters can I use to personalise a pot?
16 characters (this is your word count, inclusive of any spaces).
Can I choose my font?
Currently we are only offering personalisation with one style of font which has been carefully chosen to compliment our gorgeous, bespoke TLB pots. So we can guarantee the message will look fab!
What colour is the personalisation font?
We have chosen the colour to compliment the pots, so you know you will be getting a high-quality, stylish and unique personalised gift. See below the colours for each pot:
– Metallic copper for Grey/copper pots and Pink/copper pots
– Shimmer gold for Black/gold pots and Green/gold pots, and
– Matte silver for concrete and varnished based pots.
– Shimmer copper for grey and pink glazed pots
– Matte (with a slight shimmer) in dark grey for black glazed pots
– Matte black (with a slight shimmer) for green glazed pots.
New version: start from September 21st, we will move to engraving version.

How do I care for my personalised pot?
Each personalisation order is made by hand and we have conducted testing to ensure quality can be maintained, however there are a few tips we recommend you follow to ensure your personalisation looks its best at all times.
1. Please avoid getting the personalisation wet when watering your plant
2. Be mindful of where you place your personalised pot i.e. avoid humid environments, for example family bathrooms/wet rooms, etc.
3. Avoid placing in direct sunlight where discolouration could occur.
NB: We can only support any personalisation defects within 30 days of orders being dispatched.
Orders
Can I add a gift message?
You can easily add a gift message to the gift box message section on ordering and we will hand-write your message on our Little Botanical postcards. They’re perfect for adding an extra special touch to your living gift to someone.
Do you do corporate orders?
Absolutely! We would love to hear from you. Please get in touch with our team – we would be happy to discuss options with you.
I received my order today but it looks different to the photo on the website, please advise?
The font colour in the preview will vary. There is a note explaining this on the product page under the personalisation section. If you’re really not happy then get in touch with our team and we would be happy to discuss it.
Why is there an additional charge for personalisation?
All personalisation is made-by-hand by our talented team. Each individual order is lovingly crafted, printed and placed on each pot. The cost of personalisation is covering the materials and labour.
Why is there a £20 minimum spend?
Due to increased pressure on our delivery network we have taken the decision to introduce a minimum £20 spend per order. This will ensure we are able to maximise the capacity through the distribution network and reduce unnecessary packaging. You can be safe in the knowledge that your plants will be delivered as quickly, and sustainably, as possible.
Delivery & Returns
How long will delivery take?
We offer two shipping options, ‘Standard’ and ‘Express’ shipping. Standard shipping will take 3-5 working days, however if you would like to receive your order faster, then our Express shipping takes between 1-2 working days. You can selected your preferred shipping option at checkout. NB: Free shipping will be given on orders over £65 (mainland UK orders only), but will be shipped as standard delivery.
Can I return a personalised pot?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns.
What if the personalised pot is defective?
If in the unlikely situation the personalised pot is defective, please contact us and send a photo of the defect along with your name and order number and we will see what we can do. Please note we can only support this if you contact us within 30 days of your order.
