Begonia Maculata or commonly known as the Polka Dot Begonia, is the new plant on the block. Give him a weekly watering and a light spot and he will provide you with lots of new growth.

Please note: due to the nature of this plant, they have very soft and fragile leaves and some may arrive to you slightly perfectly imperfect. Begonia Maculata's are a challenging plant and really are for the experienced plant parent. With a little bit of nurture and love, he will perk up. Don't be afraid to trim off a damaged leaf, pop him in a bright spot and allow him to settle into his new forever home.

Care

Needs watering once a week and thoroughly water the soil but always let it drain out. Don’t let it stand in water in the ceramic as it is susceptible to root rot.

A nice indirectly sunny spot would work. Window sill but not too much full sun.

These can grow quite tall so be sure to stake if the stems need a bit of support!

This is such an usual looking plant that ive not seen anything like before, i really like it! The leaves are a good size and have such a wonderful pattern that looks amazing! Arrived well packeged as always!

It is crazily, strikingly beautiful. It's a really cheerful, spotty plant that looks amazing on a windowsill (coupled with the begonia beleaf from TLB too). As always, cannot fault how these plants are prepared for their travels - they arrive in perfect condition.
