This handmade shortbread from the award-winning Shortbread House of Edinburgh is the perfect balance of sweet and spice. Each biscuit is baked in small batches using traditional methods, then studded with crystallised stem ginger for a gentle, aromatic heat. The result is crumbly, buttery and full of character – the perfect companion to a steaming mug of tea or coffee. Beautifully presented in a 140g tin, it’s a thoughtful gift or a well-deserved treat for yourself.
Each tin contains seven round shortbread biscuits, sealed in a bag within the tin.
