This gorgeous Hawaiian Palm has grown on the exotic island of Hawaii for millions of years, the isolated location of the island allows plants and animals to evolve undisturbed.

The Hawaiian Palm, also know as ‘brighamia insignis’, has a dramatic thick stem and a sprouting topknot of large glossy leaves. This stunning houseplant creates an exotic feel to your indoor jungle, he really is the perfect little tree in a pot.

Plant Care

Keep the Hawaiian Palm out of draughts and away from radiators. He is happy in shaded area or a bright spot, just avoid direct bright sunlight as this will scorch the leaves. Water sparingly in winter and more frequently in summer. Water approximately once every 10 days – 2 weeks or so and never let the plant stand in water. New growth arrives from the top of the palm in a bud like shape. Check the soil before watering and if the soil is still slightly damp do allow the soil to dry out a little more before re watering.
